Our complete turnkey solution covers everything from concept drawings through to design and access statements, with up to 70% of the building constructed off-site in a factory-controlled environment for efficiency and quality. We also specialise in value engineering overdesigned traditional build projects, bringing costs back to budget. We supply the education, sports, and commercial sectors, delivering fast, bespoke, and sustainable buildings without the challenges of traditional methods.

Our mission is to set the pace of future construction where quality is never compromised, but affordability is maximised. We offer a 12-month defects liability warranty, a 5-year product warranty, and a 25-year structural warranty, subject to final specification and maintenance. Modulek is appointed as a supplier on several leading public sector procurement frameworks, including NHS Commercial Solutions, LHC Procurement Group, NHS Shared Business Services, and Pagabo.
