Modular West Ltd was established in 2019 in response to the growing demand for design-led, quality, and efficient modular accommodation in Scotland. Founded by local contractor Roddy MacInnes and partner Lisa MacInnes, the company offers a hands-on approach, combining a responsive design process, collaborative client relationships, and a considered fabrication process delivered and completed on site.
