Milestone Civils Ltd is a civil engineering contractor based in the UK, offering highly skilled labour. The company was founded by directors with over 30 years of hands-on experience in the Civil Engineering Sector. The extensive knowledge brought by the directors, managers, and workforce ensures that each contract undertaken by Milestone Civils is executed safely and to an exceptionally high standard.

Our management team consists of two directors, two contract managers, a bridge supervisor, a diamond drilling and sawing supervisor, a systems manager, a health and safety advisor, a temporary works designer, site supervisors, and foremen. This setup provides essential support to a diverse and highly skilled workforce, allowing us to effectively deliver technically challenging projects, either in their entirety or in segments. This flexibility ensures that we provide a reliable service to our clients.

Our workforce consists of highly qualified tradesmen within all disciplines of the civil engineering sector. Over 90% of the workforce has been involved in working on multi million pound projects. Our workforce has its skills recognised through the Construction Skills Certificate Scheme and the Construction Plant Competence Scheme.

A number of our workforce have also been put through their relevant trade NVQ skill levels 1, 2, 3. Milestone ensures that 100% of our workforce are compliant with CSCS regulation. Milestone have put a number of their workforce through the necessary vetting checks allowing our workforce to carry relevant air side passes and permits for works on air side and land side projects at Heathrow, Gatwick Luton and Stansted airports.
