Comprising of warehouse and offices, 1,900 Sq. Mtrs. Construction of the roof is Ashzip Standing Seam. Wall construction is Kingspan composite wall cladding with feature soffits and also curtain walling. The entrance lobby is designed to have no fixings visible on the face of the cladding flashings. This contract was completed on time and within budget, working together with the Weaver team.

An insulated overclad to an old asbestos-sheeted roofing system with new gutter liners. This building was suffering from a considerable number of leaks causing the tenant to lose money with damaged stock and forever repair bills. We recommended a complete overclad system this meant our client had a completely new working roof whilst the tenant remained in his premises with no loss of production. We used a sacrifice netting system and changed roof existing roof light from a fully hand-railed aluminium walkway system adhering to all HSE guidelines. once the existing roof lights were changed we then installed our secondary steel fixing rails and insulated between before finally finishing off with a plastisol coated 0.7mm steel roofing sheet complete with all necessary fixings and sealants. all gutters were cleaned out and fully lined using a fatra-coated gutter lining system and all works are guaranteed for 25 years.
This was a new build project complete with a Kingspan KSRW1000 profile in anthracite. a trim line gutter runs around the perimeter of the building with GRP valley gutters on the hip ends.
