Metropolitan Thames Valley

Metropolitan Thames Valley (MTVH) is a not-for-profit social landlord committed to providing safe, comfortable homes and reliable services, while also building new homes and creating opportunities for current and future generations. Established from the partnership of Metropolitan and Thames Valley Housing in October 2018, MTVH has a history rooted in providing affordable housing to address post-war shortages and evolving to offer shared ownership schemes, keyworker accommodation, and market rent businesses. With a strategic focus on continuous improvement, MTVH aims to deliver excellent homes, services, and opportunities.

Their "MTVH 2030" strategy, developed with resident input, prioritizes maintaining safe, quality homes, understanding and meeting resident needs for excellent service, and building new homes to address the housing crisis and create positive social impact. They plan to build 6,000 new homes over the course of this strategy. MTVH operates across London, the South East, East Midlands, and East of England, managing over 57,000 homes.

They also provide specialist care and support services for older people, those with mental health needs, and transitional support for marginalized individuals. The organization actively engages in training programs, events, and activities to boost resident employment and foster stronger communities. As a member of the G15 group, MTVH influences policy to benefit its residents and the wider housing sector.
