They pride themselves on their excellent health and safety record, ensuring all operatives conform to site rules and produce method statements and risk assessments.

Melcon Services maintains its own plant and machinery, ranging from small tools to 360-degree earth movers, enabling them to provide a high-quality service at competitive rates. Their main services include all substructure work for new buildings, extensions, and road infrastructure, site surveys and setting out, site clearance, bulk earth moving, excavation and concreting for foundations and bases, bulk excavation and disposal, septic tanks and soakaway units, landscaping and drainage runs, temporary works, and high-quality block paving and paving slabs. They also offer complete car park construction.

Melcon Services works closely with their sister company, Melcon Homes, to provide all aspects of housebuilding, renovation, and refurbishment from planning through to completion.
