Established in 1979 by Mel Green, our company quickly distinguished itself in surfacing and civil engineering, building a reputation for quality and reliability with local authorities and commercial clients. A significant turning point occurred in 2003 when Martin joined, expanding the business and its services. With Jane joining in 2007 and Martin taking the reins in 2010, the company has continued to grow, with daughter Ella joining in 2023.

Today, Mel Green Construction remains a family-run business, committed to delivering exceptional civil engineering, groundwork, and surfacing solutions. We specialise in advanced civil engineering, infrastructure development, meticulous groundwork, and innovative design.
