Sun Street Terraces, Phase 2
Phase 2 works required a 3-storey building formed from an RC frame and complete external façade works, enabling the building to become a 5-star, 42-bedroom boutique hotel. The scheme comprises detailed brickwork, a roof terrace for public enjoyment, and a spectacular glazed roof lantern. The brick detailing creates a striking façade punctuated by contemporary Schueco windows, complementing the existing terrace brickwork. The overall scheme, designed by KPF and enhanced by TP Bennett, provided design support to allow the extension to have its own identity and enhance the courtyard area, flanked by the One Crown Place project.
