Established in 1973, McGoff Construction has evolved from a trusted regional principal contractor into an innovative build partner with an £85m turnover, working with some of the most renowned care providers in the UK. Sitting at the heart of the McGoff Group, we employ over 100 people at our HQ in Altrincham and across our multiple site locations. By self-delivering a number of key specialist packages, we increase the control and quality of our services, equipping our long-established family business with the tools necessary to continue Building for Generations to come.
Our vision is to create a wholly sustainable approach to the built environment, both building and caring for generations. We work with some of the most renowned care providers in the UK, including Barchester Healthcare and New Care, supporting them to deliver their extensive new build programmes. We also completed the £85m Downtown Manchester apartment development 14 months ahead of schedule.
