Works comprised of roof & wall cladding repairs, roller shutter installation, internal re-spraying works, refurbishment and reconfiguration of the production area and staff office areas, full staff kitchen and toilet fit-out, installation of a new VRF air-conditioning system and major lighting and electrical distribution upgrades. Completed on time and within budget despite extensive damage from a break-in.

Wolverhampton
210m2 extension to an existing factory unit. Responsible for the design of the steel frame, cladding and curtain walling. Also included extending the external yard area and construction of a retaining wall. Site was in constant use during the project.

Coventry
Extensive refurbishment and extension of an existing industrial unit. The building was stripped back to the structural steel frame, and a new building envelope, floors, offices, toilets and external works were completed to provide 2 new 7000 sq ft units.

Enville, Stourbridge
Major refurbishment works on an 18th Century cottage. Original elements were retained where possible, with renewed elements of a similar or facsimile nature. Included underfloor heating, upgraded cavity walls, new electrics, and a complete reconfiguration of the interior, including kitchen and bathroom fit-out.

External envelope repairs included roof structure repairs, roof recovering with high-level lead work, reconstruction of failing parapets, repairs to the central lantern and supporting structure, and window repairs. The internal space was refurbished into a modern office fit-out, including upgrading the heating system to incorporate underfloor heating and a heat pump. Existing features were preserved.
