Marnick Builders have years of experience in the building industry, with master craftsmen who take pride in working with clients to maintain excellent working relationships and provide the best customer care. They undertake projects both large and small, from repairs and renovations to refurbishments, extensions and new builds. From their early projects, their reputation for quality, dedication and professionalism has spread.
Established in March 1991, they started with small jobs, repairs and maintenance for the general public and for the Carrick District Housing Department. In 1993 they secured their first extension project and due to its success, they expanded and began employing staff. Their big turning point was in 2000 when they were contracted to rebuild Pennance House at Swanpool, Falmouth.
They then went on to do extensive refurbishment at Rosilian in Flushing. To this day, the values that Marnick Builders started with are still at the forefront of the company today. Using 25 years of experience, they maintain excellent working relationships with all clients, complete projects on time and in budget whatever the scale of the build, and use quality materials.
