Marconi Builders & Developers was established in 2000 by Charlie Hunt, building on his extensive experience in the construction trade. The company has since developed a diverse portfolio of projects across Cornwall, ranging from small-scale developments to prestigious new builds. A significant ongoing project is the 'Deer Park Site' in Helston, which aims to deliver 140 new homes over five years, including the construction of roads and drainage systems.
Operating from Helston, Marconi is strategically positioned to undertake projects throughout West Cornwall. A key asset is their in-house STA approved (gold rated) timber frame factory, where Charlie Hunt has been involved in production since 1987. This capability allows for high-quality, bespoke timber frame solutions.
The company emphasizes using the best materials and professional skills, working with trusted suppliers like RGB Building Supplies, Horizon Roofing, Perkins and Perry, and Maen Karne. They are committed to high standards in all their developments.
