MVL Upgraded the buildings existing infrastructure to accommodate the new requirements as well as installation of 68 MVHR units to make the fit out more energy efficient. Working closely with the main contractor and the client to achieve Project completion on time.

The City Of London club is a private members club and hotel which is proudly known as the oldest in London. Built originally back in 1832 this project had a lot of historic features but needed modernising and accommodation for the exclusive members. A complete refurbishment of the 2nd and 3rd floors was carried out to add 20 new luxury traditional suites as well as a roof bar and terrace. This project was particularly challenging due to the historic building and listed features which had to be retained. MVL worked closely with the client and main contractor to achieve a stress free project handover.
