Mag Grand Facility

Mag Grand Facility Ltd was established on 28 August 2020, built on practical experience gained directly within the UK utilities and civil engineering sector. Before forming the company, our founder worked hands-on across electrical utility street works, new connections and fault-related projects, operating within subcontracting supply chains supporting major UK infrastructure and electricity network environments, including project work associated with UK Power Networks and National Grid. The company was created after identifying the long-term potential of electrification and the growing need for reliable civil engineering teams capable of delivering the groundwork and cable infrastructure behind modern energy projects.

From the beginning, the vision was clear: to build a practical, responsive and professional delivery business around the infrastructure that makes electrification possible. Mag Grand Facility started with two people. Our founder was personally operating the excavator, leading the team on site and working alongside a labourer.

The business was built from the ground up through direct site experience, consistent delivery and a willingness to take responsibility for the work in front of us. Our early projects were focused on utility excavation and civil works. Before working directly with eSmart Networks, Mag Grand Facility had already been operating as a subcontractor through another business.

Following that period, the company was contacted directly by eSmart and presented with new work opportunities. Mag Grand Facility entered the tender process, priced the work and successfully secured projects through competitive tendering.
