Included installation of Marshalls Priora Paving, GC1 100mm Grasscrete, Marshalls Pre-Cast Concrete Kerbs, subsoil and topsoil preparation for turf, extensive planting, and installation of play equipment.

Paving works at a new development comprising over 330 residential homes. Included installation of Marshalls Priora and Marshalls Keyblok paving in a 45° herringbone bond, Marshalls Tegula laid in a perpendicular stretcher course, and Marshalls Pre-Cast Concrete Kerbs.

Naseberry Court

London

Full paving works at a residential complex comprising 119 new homes. Included installation of Marshalls Priora paving blocks, Marshalls Keyblok, Marshalls Natural Paving Slabs, and Marshalls Pre-Cast Concrete Kerbs. Also completed Section 278 Works to the public highway and installed lighting columns.

South Lambeth Estate

Comprehensive block paving and soft landscaping works. Materials included Dortmund Dark / Burnt Red and Brindle Mix blocks, Marshalls Priora paving, Marshalls Argent Smooth Paving Slabs, Marshalls Pre-Cast Concrete Kerbs, CED Cedec Gold Self-Binding Gravel, and concrete pavers. Soft landscaping introduced new planting.

High Wycombe

Hard and soft landscaping works for a new-build apartment complex. Hard landscaping included Marshalls Conservation slabs, Marshalls Saxon Natural slabs, Aquaflow permeable block paving, and amber resin-bound gravel. Soft landscaping included planting and fencing. Also carried out S278 highway works.
