Layland Crafted Spaces was founded by Adam Layland with a passion for creating beautifully built homes and delivering projects the right way. After years subcontracting with Oceanside Property Developments and project managing some of North Devon's most impressive residential properties, Adam established Layland Crafted Spaces with a clear ambition: to continue delivering exceptional homes while working alongside the region's best builders, designers, and specialists. What sets us apart is our open-minded and collaborative approach.

We combine strong construction knowledge with modern methods, innovative technologies, and adaptable project management to bring ambitious ideas to life, even in the most challenging environments.
