Peterborough Services

A National surfacing contractor recently utilised one of our 'out-of-hour' line marking crews when completing a large phased re-surfacing project at Peterborough Services. We were required to attend site at 1am each morning to set out and install markings to the newly laid surface course. We were tasked with replicating the previous layout and were given a short window each day to complete the works prior to handing over for the morning commuter rush. The works consisted of installing Parking Bays, H&S Markings, EV charging bays as well as Parent & Child and Disabled Bays. Over 5 consecutive shifts we managed to complete all works accurately and on-time affording the services to run at full capacity during their peak trading hours.

St Anne's Shopping Centre, Harrow

At St Anne's Shopping Centre in Harrow, we were tasked with replacing a number of standard parking bays with DDA compliant accessible bays in order to increase the sites offering. Upon consultation with the client, it was agreed that we would make a change from the existing style of the accessible bay located throughout the car park. This new style would incorporate a blue anti-slip background in order to offer both a visual impact and increased slip resistance in these vital areas.

A local retail park recently utilised one of our out-of-hours crews to refresh their faded Health and Safety markings. We arrived on site as the final customers were leaving and set to work re-marking directional arrows, junctions and pedestrian crossings throughout the car park. All works were completed in one evening with the site ready for hand over the next morning prior to any store openings.

Landmark recently carried out a combination of speed hump installation and lining works for a client based at a Business Park in Oxfordshire. We were advised that all works were to be completed in a single visit in order to minimise disruption on site. Our team co-ordinated operations so that a Lining Crew and Civils Crew were deployed to the site to carry out the works simultaneously.
