Their services include full structural demolition of commercial, industrial and high-rise buildings, detailed strip out of internal fixtures, finishes and M&E, safe and compliant removal of ACM and HPL cladding systems, and HSE-licensed asbestos surveying, encapsulation, and full removal. Health and safety is paramount, with an integrated SHEQ management system operating to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

Every operative holds appropriate certifications, and the company invests heavily in people, training, and method to ensure successful and safe project delivery. Lancebox also prioritises sustainability, recovering up to 98% of materials on-site and diverting them from landfill.
