Lamabuild Ltd. was founded in 2010 as a family-run residential construction company based in London. Starting as a small team with big ambitions, we've grown through a simple principle: treat every home as if it were our own.

We specialise in high specification refurbishments, extensions, and retrofits that bring together craftsmanship, design sensitivity, and sustainable methods. We've worked across London neighbourhoods-from Ealing and Hampstead to Dulwich and Kensington-building homes that balance comfort, proportion, and longevity. Led by Luis and Margarita Alves, our multidisciplinary team combines hands-on experience with architectural understanding.
