Laings Directline was founded in 2010 with the ambition of delivering quality kitchens and bathrooms on a budget. Our parent company, Laings, has been an integral part of Aberdeenshire business since 1862. As part of a business with over 160 years of heritage, recognised as the 2023 kbb Review National Bathroom Retailer, you can rest assured that with Laings Directline you'll receive the best service from our dedicated team and exceptional products to suit your needs.
Our principle of simple, affordable luxury begins with an appointment with one of our expert designers. They will get to know you throughout your consultation to determine your exact requirements and offer advice tailored to your needs, discussing installation options. For a small fee of £50, your designer will create a design based on your brief and budget, which is fully refundable against the cost of your project should you choose to go ahead.
We will then invite you back to our award-winning showroom where you will be presented with high-quality visuals demonstrating what your finished room will look like. We'll present an estimate and discuss finer details of your project. Once you love your design and are happy to proceed, our team will discuss delivery options and prepare a full installation pack.
Our administration team will keep you updated with your order as it progresses to delivery and, should you have chosen, installation.
