Knox Engineering Limited is a precision machining company specialising in the manufacture of component parts using CNC Milling and Turning processes. We specialise in prototype and one off bespoke components through to small to medium production runs. The machining facility is equipped with modern CNC machining technology and we have the knowledge and expertise to manufacture complex parts in most materials including mild steel, copper, brass, aluminium, duplex, titanium, stainless, steel alloys and plastic.

We are happy to help with your initial designs, ideas and products. We can work from a sketch or can import most CAD formats including STEP, IGES ParaSolids, DWG, DXF & STL. We have extensive experience in the mechanical design for manufacture and high precision machining of components within a number of industries.

We have worked in partnership with world-leading high-frequency waveguide developers in Ireland and USA to manufacture Amplifiers, Rotman Lenses, and Heatsinks. We are approved suppliers to Queens University Belfast and the University of Limerick, working on the forefront of cutting-edge design. We are also actively in partnership with companies focusing on products for personal mobility, manufacturing bespoke component parts for high-end mobility aids.

We actively engage in research and development with small local businesses and are happy to consult on bespoke, on-off engineering projects.
