Established in 1988, Kingswood Builders is a small, professional, family-run building firm based between Sleaford and Bourne. We offer a full range of building services to domestic clients and provide free quotations and references. Our regular team includes skilled labourers, a bricklayer and stonework specialist, and a professional roofer. We also work with a team of reliable, experienced and qualified sub-contractors covering joinery, plastering, flat roofing, uPVC windows and doors, electrical work, and heating and plumbing work.

We specialise in extensions, bespoke new builds, listed buildings and garden rooms. Our services include groundwork and stonework, brick laying and roofing, plastering and joinery, flow screed floors and damp proofing, electrics and plumbing, heating including under floor heating systems, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling and decorating, and driveways and key block paving. We have completed a variety of projects tailored to the individual needs of our customers, including loft conversions, porches, garages, annexes and swimming pools. We have also undertaken a number of outbuildings such as stables, kennels, and summerhouses.

Our past clients include local village halls, schools and pubs. We pride ourselves on providing a prompt, reliable service at a competitive price. Our experienced and qualified staff and sub-contractors take great pride in their work, and we endeavour at all times to keep our sites clean and tidy, to minimise disruption whilst building work is taking place. We have full Public and Employers' Liability Insurance cover.

Our electrician is a fully approved NICEIC registered contractor. Our plumber is registered with both OFTEC and Gas Safe and is an Anglian Water approved plumber.
