Founded by Mr Will Kerslake in 2004, Kerslake Construction became a limited company and later an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) company in 2022. We have a highly skilled team with many years of experience in various trades including carpentry, bricklaying, plastering, groundworks, and steel installation, supported by a solid core of subcontractors. This allows us to undertake projects of any size, from small extensions to large refurbishments.
Our goal is to ensure 100% client satisfaction by meeting all their requirements in a timely and professional manner. We specialise in barn conversions, new builds, house refurbishments, brick walls, and extensions. We are proud to work with the NHBC on all our new build projects, ensuring high standards and up-to-date building practices.
We also work closely with Local Authority Building Control to ensure all projects meet necessary standards. Following the tragic passing of Mr Will Kerslake in June 2023, the team is dedicated to continuing his legacy. Mr Kerslake, who started his career as a bricklayer, built the company from the ground up with a focus on high standards, quality work, and a friendly approach.
His commitment to his workforce led to the establishment of the EOT, ensuring the continued employment of his family and friends.
