Kapital Development is a private investment platform led by Keith Punler, a highly experienced and award-winning developer who has delivered over £1 billion of real estate revenue for his businesses. We create new homes and communities throughout the UK, having undertaken over one hundred separate projects ranging from multi-million pound mansions to new communities of over 400 homes. Our venture supports SME housebuilders in their land acquisitions journey by investing in opportunities needing a planning overhaul, acquiring strategic land, or providing joint venture partnerships to bridge equity gaps.

We acquire strategic land through outright purchase or by acting in a promotional capacity with landowners, aiming to maximise land value and profitability. We have created new communities exceeding four hundred units with associated commercial, retail, and hospitality offerings. We also acquire distressed assets throughout the UK, repurposing them to create added value, and work with companies, lenders, administrators, and liquidators by deploying immediate capital and reworking strategies.

As part of our partnership model, we acquire fully consented sites to provide a pipeline for our development partners. We engage in partnerships and collaboration opportunities with carefully selected delivery partners, offering capital alongside mentoring and business development support without interfering in day-to-day project delivery. Our approach is relationship-driven, quick, and focused on aligning interests.
