Loft office access upgrade
Our client asked us to upgrade his access to his loft office. We made and installed a bespoke staircase and partitioned it off from the bedroom with a 30 minute fire resistance.
Studio / storage room creation
We were asked to create a studio / storage room by our client. We installed new floor joists and flooring, new access and fully insulated and plastered the room whilst providing large eaves storage areas.
Ground floor extension and landscaping
We built a ground floor extension with aluminium bifold doors and Velux roof windows. We then landscaped the garden with raised beds, new fencing and porcelain tiles throughout.
Demolition and new bespoke stair construction
We demolished and disposed of the existing rotten stair and built a bespoke new stair on site from tanalised timber.
Removal of load bearing wall for kitchen/diner
We removed a load bearing dividing wall to create a kitchen / diner and installed a new Howdens white slab kitchen and breakfast bar.
Open plan kitchen/diner creation
We removed a load bearing wall to create an open plan kitchen/ diner (with full building regs approval), we partitioned off the lounge from the dining room and installed a door for access. We then installed a new Howdens kitchen with solid oak worktops to form a breakfast bar.
Kitchen replacement with Howdens shaker units
We removed the old kitchen and installed a new Howdens shaker units with solid oak worktops and an acrylic splashback all round, this was finished off with new oak effect LVT flooring.
Bathroom extension and refurbishment
We completely stripped out and extended our clients bathroom to give room for a large walk in shower. The room was stripped back to brick and re plastered. It was fully tiled and new sanitary ware and radiator installed and had it all back and running within the week that they were on holiday.
