It has since developed into a sophisticated business providing a wide array of quality products and services to construction companies and clients. The company specialises in complex major projects, offering services such as the construction of roads and sewers for private housing developments, all groundworks, shell and core construction, harbours & sea defences, demolition, land remediation, sewage treatment plants, bridges, and waste management solutions.

They prefer to be involved in projects at the early design stage to ensure excellence, develop smarter working methods, and explore value engineering possibilities. The company has major offices in Lancashire and Hampshire, covering the vast majority of the UK. Historically, they have worked for most of the major house builders in the UK.

Their product portfolio now includes Major Highway Construction, Commercial Buildings, Shell and Core Construction, Harbours, Sea Defences, and Reinforced Concrete Substructures and Superstructures. The company is now 80% employee-owned through an Independent Employee Ownership Trust, with the remaining 20% owned by the Reilly family.
