The company boasts an extensive portfolio of both Commercial and Residential projects, with a particular specialism in carrying out refurbishment and remodelling works for clients with accessibility needs. As a Chartered Building Company, JG&JR Langridge is registered with CHAS and Construction Line, holding specialist framework agreements and term contracts with numerous Local Authority and education clients.

The management team includes Lee Pollard MCIOB, a Chartered Builder overseeing the construction and commercial aspects, and Gareth Carter, who manages the adaptations department, ensuring a smooth process from survey to completion.
