Jewers Doors

Jewers Doors Limited is a privately owned, family company established in 1983, dedicated to the design, manufacture, and installation of specialist industrial doors and aircraft hangar doors. They produce the globally recognised Esavian aircraft hangar doors and the Phoenix industrial sliding and folding door range. Operating from a purpose-built 5,000 square metre factory in Bedfordshire, the company employs around 60 people and incorporates the latest concepts and technology in their sliding folding door systems.

With a strong reputation for completing highly prestigious projects, including Royal and Presidential hangars, Jewers Doors offers a complete service worldwide. This includes design, manufacture, installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair, supported by a network of resellers and representatives. Over 50 per cent of their output is exported to principal overseas markets in the Middle East, North America, Australasia, the Far East, and Europe, with the remainder serving customers in the United Kingdom.

The company's history traces back to 1917 with the origins of Esavian doors. Nigel Jewers joined Esavian in 1971 and later started his own company in 1983, which eventually acquired the Esavian business in 1987. Jewers Doors remains a family and employee-owned business, committed to providing a first-class service.

In 2021, they moved into a state-of-the-art 60,000 square foot facility in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, equipped with advanced manufacturing capabilities to maintain high-quality standards.
