The existing slate roofs were leaking in numerous areas and needed urgent works. The roofs were replaced with a Metrotile roof specification. The operatives worked under very difficult weather conditions and worked tirelessly to overcome to produce successful and amazing new roofs. The works were done to a very high standard including specialist lead works for all flashings.

This was a very complex roof due to the decreasing course roof tiles that were in place. The tiles had to be saved and put back to suit after the existing latts and felt were removed and replaced with new. These works were done while the school was live in sections. Jennings worked with the school to suit the needs of staff and children. The works were completed during summer and winter months with difficult weather conditions. The operatives again worked through very difficult conditions to achieve a fantastic new roof. The works were done to a very high standard including specialist lead works for all flashings.
