Jaynic have the skills, expertise, knowledge, and track record that give our partners confidence in our ability to obtain the essential planning allocation and subsequent planning permission, and then to deliver maximum value, whilst minimising the cost of doing so. We have the financial substance to fund the full process from obtaining planning to marketing and delivering comprehensive development of any employment site. We are very solvent and completely self-funded so there are no third-party interests in the background with different agendas and timescales. We are always totally aligned with the landowner to maximise the total net receipt.
