Features included exposed beams and roof joists, internal brick wall, wooden cladding to the back, and a beautifully designed kitchen. Water UFH to the ground floor and a new boiler. Utility room accessible by a flush with the wall pocket door. A large patio with a round brick build seating area. Everything was well designed by ZDBarchitects.
