Construction of a 5 storey building consisting of 8 luxury apartments, with balcony and a large penthouse on the top floor. The site required a huge amount of ground clearance and ground work before foundations and services could be installed. The foundation work required piling and ground beams in order to support the building. Due to the number of floors, a steel structure had to be constructed in order to comply with regulation specifically, 'progressive collapse'. Another major challenge with this site, was the sheer volume of work required to complete a large area of boundary walls. This building project was completed in 36 months despite some delays with architects and planning authorities.

The development consisted of 2 bedroom main house with huge conservatory and a self contained 1 bedroom flat. In the middle of the grounds a pergola / relaxation area with sauna/steam room, hot tub and bio-ethanol fire island - all under retractable roof. On top of the grounds a self contained Chalet. Several sun-decks and stairs and boundary walls across all grounds.
This development consisted of 4 town houses, which was a very straight forward development and didn't present any real challenges. The project was completed within 9 months and once again the developer sold all houses off plan.
The site was originally a row of garages which we developed into a block of 5 Apartments, located directly adjacent to the viaduct in Tavistock. The development required careful excavation in order to install foundations and required particular care and attention in planning and organisation incoming deliveries and day to day logistics, due to restriction on working space. The building was completed in 9 Months and the developer managed to sell all apartments off plan.
This is our current development, consisting of 9 town houses, 6 of which are 3 storey buildings, with balcony and sea views. The main challenge with this project was supplier lead, in that our timber frame company let us down at the 11th hour, which meant we had to quickly adapt by finding another solution. We therefore reverted to a traditional build, our preferred way of building. The entire project is near completion and a number of the house are already under offer.

The development consisted of 6 terraced town houses. The Site was a former vehicle repair and maintenance business which meant demolition of the existing building and in particular, removal of oil & petrol tanks required very clear compliance with legislation. Project was successfully completed in 14 Months and once again, all houses were sold off plan by the developer.
Looe
Looe, Cornwall
This development of a two storey property over looking the Sea at Seaton, Looe, Cornwall. We were initially asked to build some retaining walls in readiness for ground work and foundations however ended up completing all of the foundations and sole plate for the timber frame to sit on. Following completion of the the timber frame, we then prepared the ground floor for screeding and completed all the random stone work on the front of the building, and block work on the other elevations.

Paignton - Installation of drop kerb to create additional parking and new porcelain tiled driveway. 3. Paignton - Extension of driveway, Installation of new edging kerbs and Block Pavia driveway. 4. Churston - Extension of front driveway and installation of tarmac. 5. Calstock - Installation of drop kerbs, new Resin driveway and Steps to front door. All Projects finished on time and to complete customers satisfaction.

Project managed the demolition of a concrete walkway that ran above a main road between two buildings in Torquay. The project was complex and required the coordination and involvement of several external organisations together with the management of Integrums own employees.
