Rick, the founder, began his career in 1990 and pursued a passion for building after gaining an NVQ in carpentry. He gained experience in office and shop refits in London, where attention to detail was paramount. He then established RG Building and Refurbishments in Folkestone, progressing to all aspects of building techniques, including refits, extensions, and loft conversions.
He has also designed and built seven houses. Currently, Rick focuses on smaller projects such as bathrooms and kitchens, generally working alone but with a network of reliable, skilled contacts for specialist trades when needed. This focus allows for a personalised service tailored to individual client needs.
