Appointed by homeowners, developers and architects to deliver turnkey schemes from concept to completion, under one JCT contract, fixed on price and programme. HXL operates as principal contractor, coordinating every consultant, sub-contractor and specialist trade required to deliver your scheme.
One JCT contract, one project manager, one fixed price. Architects' drawings answer to the build team from week one. We procure and coordinate structural engineering, M&E, acoustic and sustainability consultants as part of the main contract, offering a single accountable interface with no fragmented supply chain.
Our process involves four stages: Concept & Feasibility, Proposal & Contract, Construction Delivery, and Handover & Aftercare. We ensure fixed pricing and programmes throughout, with transparent reporting via a client portal and a 12-month workmanship warranty.
