Ran new Brugg Casaflex pipework underground and DN150/DN100 welded malleable iron pipework above ground. Incorporated new Grundfos pressurisation units, expansion vessels, pumps with inverters, blanking plates, duty point dosing pots, UK plate heat exchangers, and Calmag Caldensate neutralisers with stainless steel condensate pipework. Upon completion, air tested the system, balanced valves, installed commercial inhibitor, and carried out internal main disinfection of the mains water supply. Pipework was cladded with Phenolic insulation and pipe jackets (rockwool on cold water), and all valves and assets were tagged.
Replaced an old Powrmatic NV40 suspended heater and flue assembly in the sales counter area. Relocated the new heater to the stores area, supplying and installing a Combat Elite ducted suspended heater. Utilised a split ducted system to feed heat to the sales counter and open plan offices, providing background heat to the stores area. Incorporated two new commercial ceiling fans in the sales counter area to improve air circulation and temperature distribution.
