HJO Developments was formed in January 2019 by Christopher Jenkins and Simon Orr, formalising a partnership between JDF Developments Ltd and Hector Design Ltd. With over 52 years of combined experience in HM Forces, Chris and Simon bring significant strategic, operational, and managerial oversight, alongside extensive project management skills. Simon has over 10 years of Director-level experience in the Army, NHS, and charity sectors, while Chris has been professionally building and renovating houses for over 20 years as a Director of JDF Developments Ltd, specialising in luxury conversions and new builds.
