Established in 2007 by Michael and Victoria Handley, Heyland & Spratt offer a comprehensive service covering both domestic and commercial property construction, renovation and refurbishment in London and the Home Counties. The organic growth of our company with its longstanding in-house team has ensured a continuity in delivering the highest possible standards in service and value to our clients. Our experience lies in creating innovative residential spaces and turning them into a home.
Commercially we work extensively within the Educational sector refurbishing children's nurseries and schools. Heyland & Spratt is accredited by SAFEcontractor, a programme which recognises very high standards in health and safety practice. Our staff are DBS checked and trained for allowing access to work in childcare and educational buildings.
