Helica (Scotland) Ltd was established in 2012, providing a range of management and quality control services to the construction industry tailored specifically to the requirements of our clients and their projects. Our principle approach to doing business is to be flexible and innovative. With many years of experience working on local and national construction projects, we have earned an enviable reputation as a dependable, no-nonsense business that delivers consistent results for our clients.

We believe the success of any construction project depends on the knowledge and experience of the people whose job it is to bring the project to life. We have a highly skilled team with varying backgrounds in the industry and the majority of our team have over 30 years' experience in managing construction projects. We have worked on many types of projects from affordable housing developments to bespoke private builds, biotech laboratories to roads and infrastructure projects, corporate headquarters to new supermarkets, leisure centres to new build distilleries.

Whatever the project, we have the skills and expertise to exceed our clients' expectations. We have an established client base which continues to expand due to the quality service and personal experience we provide to our clients. Our partnerships with our clients are long lasting, with 80% of our business being repeat business and several clients being with us since our formation in 2012.

We have also been appointed to the Scotland Excel and Wheatley Group tender frameworks in 2023 and look forward to working with new clients through these frameworks.
