Heatiliti is the dedicated utility for heat networks, offering a comprehensive service from design and build to operation and maintenance, with a Heat-as-a-Service model. We adopt, manage, and invest in heat networks, bringing deep technical, financial, and commercial expertise to deliver long-term efficient, low-carbon, and affordable heat. Our in-house design team engages with developers and contractors from concept through to construction, ensuring new builds are designed correctly from the outset.

For existing networks, we invest in infrastructure to improve efficiency, reliability, and affordability. With over 80 years of combined experience in mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering, Heatiliti targets the urgent need for improved existing communal and district heating in UK properties. We offer both ESCo (Energy Services Company) and EPC (Energy Performance Contract) solutions, de-risking investment and driving efficiency.

Our approach is built on agile partnership, combining in-house technical leadership with trusted subcontractors, and underpinned by open, non-proprietary technology and transparent contracts. We act as a single accountable partner for facility managers, asset owners, and public-sector clients aiming to decarbonise, improve reliability, and transfer operational risks.
