Haycroft Contracts Ltd

Active·subcontractor·Head office Rochester

About from company website

Haycroft Contracts was founded in 2021 by experienced construction professionals who believed principal contractors deserved a subcontractor that communicated clearly, solved problems early, and remained accountable from pre-start through to handover. Today, Haycroft delivers specialist drylining, steel framing systems (SFS), cladding, and cladding remediation across Kent, London, and the M25 corridor. Our reputation has been built on live construction projects where programmes tighten, site conditions change, and expectations remain high.

Delivering our own package is part of a much bigger picture. We understand where our work sits within the wider programme, what needs to happen before us, and what needs to happen next. When conditions change, we communicate early, assess what's happening, and work with the wider team to find the practical way forward.

This approach is built around preparation, communication, responsibility, and an understanding of the wider programme. We don't just complete our package; we create the conditions for what comes next. Quality is controlled throughout the package, from setting out and installation through to interfaces and finish, ensuring work is delivered correctly, consistently, and to the required specification.
