An all-encompassing project, providing architecture, interior and landscape design alongside on-site project management for a new-build property. The proposal replaces an existing bungalow creating a striking home completed in a Georgian period style that comfortably slots in amidst its historic river side setting. The design features a rich texture palette that plays with light and dark tones to create a visually appealing exterior. Red Georgian brick creates the main body of the property, broken up by a brightness created through bespoke detailed cornicing and a Portland stone plinth that wraps around the property. A stone portico frames the main entrance that is accessed from the main entrance drive. A landscape-led approach which features a luxurious range of planting and refined outdoor areas providing privacy where needed while enhancing the existing setting. The outdoor offers moments of calm away from the main house and includes features such as a circular courtyard and tiered water feature at the front of the property.

Blurring the boundary between the outdoors and indoors, the design implements a glass extension in the kitchen area, adding some much-needed additional space to the home. The interior design approach embraces a sophisticated and traditional colour palette throughout, crafting functional yet elegantly appointed spaces within this family home.
