Established in 2001 as a sister company of The Harris Partnership, HPM offers expertise in CDM Regulations, Project Management and Quantity Surveying for projects throughout the UK. Whether working with THP or alongside other architects and designers, our services for the planning, co-ordination and control of projects throughout their life-cycle can ensure that projects are functionally and financially viable and completed on time within authorised cost and to the required quality standards whilst meeting all legal requirements. Safety and health aspects relating to all design decisions are considered from an early design stage so changes can be made while they cost less.

HPM believes an inclusive approach to engaging all project stakeholders in clear communication and a shared understanding of the required objectives with a strong, flexible framework methodology is key to delivering successful projects. Alongside THP we can provide a multi-disciplinary service to keep fees to a minimum and increase value for our Clients.
