42-44 Beak Street

The project at 42-44 Beak Street involved tiling works across a high-end office and retail space, covering areas from the basement to the 5th floor. Works included waterproofing, wall and floor tiling to showers and WCs and floor tiling to the reception. Working closely with Whitepaperco challenges associated with the building's age, such as uneven floor levels and varied backgrounds were successfully resolved to achieve the required high-quality finish. The most notable area was the reception floor, finished in a bespoke basket weave mosaic with border.

East India Club Basement

The scope for this project was to bring to life the basement areas of the East India Club. This included new toilets, showers and changing facilities using large format porcelain tiles linking through to the gymnasium. Overcoming numerous level issues, walkways were seamlessly linked to various parts of the basement using the blue and white design to the floors, whilst incorporating the signature logo of the Club into the rustic wall tiling design.

Overbury Plc. Project (Ground Floor Arcade)

Our works on this prestigious project included the installation of 600m2 large format porcelain floor tiles, tile backer boards and acoustic matting. 70m2 of wall tiling was laid using small format ceramic mosaic to the Arcade area walkways, staircases, planters and WC areas. Porcelain flooring ran throughout the Ground Floor Arcade area and together with the ceramic wall tiling to the curved planters, our works contributed to the overall high-end finish of this project. We worked closely with Overbury Plc. and the design team to ensure that all aspects of the Client's expectations were achieved.

Standard Chartered Bank Project

Standard Chartered Bank Project

This project was carried out over four levels and in two phases. The flooring works included tile backer board and acoustic membranes followed by a mixture of large format porcelain and terrazzo tiles with timber effect chevrons. Wall areas showcased a mixture of finishes including Rombini tiles to joinery units, small format tiles to the walls and columns of the catering areas with terracotta effect tiles to planter and seating units.
