Hale Homes is a family-run luxury house-builder based in Neath, South Wales, established in 1996. We are dedicated to providing contemporary homes with spectacular design and ample space, focusing on high-quality construction using sustainable sources, an approach that has earned us awards for sustainable design. With multiple developments across South Wales, including the sought-after SA1 area in Swansea Marina, we offer a diverse range of house types.

Our sister company, Seven Oaks Modular, designs and manufactures innovative timber frames and roof trusses, which we integrate into our Hale Homes and larger projects. This synergy allows us to manage all aspects of a build, from initial footings and foundations to final fixings, painting, and flooring. Hale Homes has been recognized in the prestigious local authority 'Built in Quality Awards' for exemplary construction standards.

We are deeply committed to eco-friendly construction methods, sourcing timber from local, renewable suppliers and recycling all waste. Our commitment to sustainability extends to energy-efficient design throughout our projects, including the use of biomass boilers fueled by offcuts from our Sevenoaks factory at our Neath headquarters.
