About from company website

H2Land is an experienced land development and house building business that specialises in bringing all types of land and redundant buildings through the planning and development process. We aim to maximise landowners' assets and use precious land resources efficiently, focusing our key areas of activity in Warwickshire, Worcestershire, and South Devon. Our house building arm constructs beautifully detailed new homes, taking time and care to create spacious layouts that are highly desirable.

We specialise in securing valuable planning consents on land entrusted to us for development, in combination with creating sustainable, environmentally responsible places to live, and delivering desirable, interesting homes. Alongside our in-house team, we have very close relationships with Environmental Consultants, Technical Specialists, and Planning Professionals who all contribute to the successful outcomes we enjoy on every job. We work on the basis of there being no costs to landowners, only making a return when we secure a planning consent.

Whether you value a second opinion on maximising site value, assistance in understanding the planning process, or identifying the most appropriate scheme for the site, we would be pleased to talk to you with no obligation to appraise your site.
