Restoration of a Grade B1 listed building dating back to the early 1830s. The building was derelict and in a bad state of disrepair. Stripped the building down, ensured it was structurally sound, developed a suitable structural design and carried out all necessary work to bring the mill up to a viable standard.
Project consisted of many elements and different buildings: The Main Entrance and two Gate Lodges (listed buildings, restored inside and out), the Lakehouse (full restoration, including complete new roof structure), Walled Garden (rebuilding about 30% of the walls and repointing all the remaining stonework, new ornate gates), The Hermitage (complete restoration), Two Lime Kilns (restoration of old stonework), and an Underground Icehouse (complete restoration of all stonework).

Extensive refurbishment throughout. Completely stripped out and then rewired, replumbed and redecorated. Exterior plasterwork was removed to expose beautiful original 1833 stonework. Demolished some surrounding buildings to make way for a small courtyard, refurbished remaining outbuilding and built new walls from salvaged stone. Cemetery was completely rewired, and a new lighting, CCTV and PA system was installed.
Total refurbishment of the Archbishop of Armagh's home, phased over a number of years. Included stripping and complete reslating of the roof, all window repairs and replacements, rewiring the entire building, and providing new disabled access to the front of the building, along with numerous other items.

Restoration of a listed building owned by the National Trust. The property was derelict and in a very bad state of disrepair. Underpinned the walls, added a complete new roof structure and re-slated. The exterior was repointed in lime mortar and the interior was re-rendered with lime plaster. Finished to National Trust standards.
