Grady Management Services is a consultancy providing Quantity Surveying Services and Project Cost Management Controls to the Construction Industry throughout the UK. We are specialists, with our team having experience on both sides of the fence with contractors and clients. Using this experience we face obstacles head on and challenge the balance between cost and value, risk and benefit to deliver to our clients' progressive solutions.

Where projects have not progressed 'as planned', GMS can provide contractual advice where required.
