Created a totally bespoke apartment with completely handmade joinery, including using 100-year-old oak salvaged from the new owner's home farm. The shelving and displayed objects combine with rotating shutters to enliven interaction with the street while forming 'visual noise' that maintains light and privacy. A skylight brightens the basement level master bedroom, and adjacent bathrooms are lined completely in dark Moroccan waterproof plaster.
