Fault Finding + Socket Installation

Gentjan came over to fault find on a broken socket. He identified the issue and came back later on in the week to perform the fix. He was extremely courteous and punctual (turned up at 9am on the dot as he said he would). He picked up a few extra jobs as well (eg installing a new socket) without issue. Out of hours call-out to fix lighting in my parents flat

Gentjan's service was exemplary. He came to assist my elderly parents on Easter bank holiday Saturday, after a full day's work. He identified the problem quickly and fixed it to the best of his ability so that they (my parents) would not be left without lights over Easter. He came back on the Tuesday after Easter bank holiday and finished the job to a high standard. He is professional and polite and reliable. His work is to a very high standard. Replace PIR sensor with manual switch

I had a PIR sensor in my hallway which turned out to be an annoyance rather than a convenience. It needed replacing with a manual switch. Gentjan explained the situation re-connected the manual switch which was originally in place without rewiring. Very polite and professional, I could not recommend him enough.
