GeoCon Site Investigations are specialist site investigation consultants and contractors providing environmental consultancy and site investigation services within both the public and private sectors to clients across the country. Founded in 2007, GeoCon has grown and expanded to become a leading independent site investigation consultant and contractor operating within the contaminated land, civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, ground engineering and engineering geology within the construction industry. Our core business is the design and execution of site investigations and the provision of geotechnical and contaminated land risk assessment reports.

We provide specialist services to the environmental and geotechnical industry across a variety of sectors including property and commercial building development; due diligence, land sale & acquisition; infrastructure (pipelines, highways, bridges, tunnels), rail, renewables and flood defence. Our highly professional team of consultants and contractors specialise in environmental & geotechnical (geoenvironmental) site investigations projects within the construction and civil engineering industry. Operating out of seven regional offices allows GeoCon to provide a national service using local teams.

Our head office is located in South Manchester, and we have a further six regional offices located in London (Chiswick and Barking), Bristol, Birmingham, Sheffield and Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. Since the formation of the company the team has grown from 1 person to a diverse team of environmental consultants, engineering geologists and geotechnical engineers operating across the UK from seven locations.
